What is periodontium?
A complex of tissues surrounding a tooth is called periodontium. Among these are: a gum, a jaw bone and a tooth ligament. A tooth is fixed to the jaw bone socket which is called tooth socket and is withhold with the help of periodontium ligament. Bone is covered by a jaw and is connected with a tooth surface. There is a small furrow with a depth of 1-2mm between the jaw and the tooth. The intervals between the teeth also are filled with a jaw, so-called interdental papillae. The depth of the furrows in the interdental papilla can be up to 3mm. Gingival sulcus is a natural barrier to infection.
Why are gingivitis and periodontitis appeared?
The accumulation of bacterial plaque in the gingival sulcus leads to inflammation of the gums - gingivitis, and in future - to the destruction of the furrow, the defeat of the bone and the development of periodontitis. If you experience bleeding gums, the emergence of offensive breath or other signs of illness, you should go to the periodontist. Periodontist - a specialist dealing with diagnostics, treatment and prevention of periodontal tissues.
Pereodontium
As a result of dental plaque florulae influence the ligament which is connecting a gum and a tooth is gradually destroyed, and henceforth phlogotic process may spread inward, striking bone. Such disease in which not only inflamed gums and a bunch of teeth and bone surrounding the tooth, is called periodontitis.

What are the signs pointing to the development of periodontitis?
-gingival hemorrhage
-space forming between the roots of teeth and gums as a result of resorption of bone
-offensive breath
-tooth of root baring
-tooth mobility and their position change
In the aggravation period algesis, cheek edema, gums pyorrheas are possible. – Pain when cold, hot, sour, sweet and also while tooth brushing hit the teeth (such state is called hypersensibility)

Vector-therapy: treatment and prevention of periodontal diseases.
.
The Average degree of periodontium in most cases not perceived by patients as a dangerous disease. In general they are concerned about problems such as: inflammation, gingival hemorrhage and especially gingival recession which is lead to the dental neck lengthening and corresponding esthetical abnormalities.
Pereodontium is following in several stages and the sooner treatment is started, the patients more likely to stabilize the process and prevent the loss of teeth.
Vector-therapy - is a gentle method which is based on the effects of endosonic and a suspension of calcii hydroxydum.
Using this method helps to cure gum disease infancy, stabilize the process in the adverse stages and sometimes helps to avoid surgery. The system “Vector” allows you to perform all primary intervention on one visit. This method is much less painful than the traditional methods of treatment of periodontal diseases. Distinctive feature of the system “Vector” is the gentle removal of bacterial biofilms and dental plaque by the indirect ligature of endosonic energy. In this case there is no damage to the hard tissues and soft tissues are not injured. And thanks to the suspension containing the microparticles, substantially increases the efficiency of the tooth root cleaning. Tool power gently served in periodontal pockets through the hydromembrane (hydrodynamic effects). Periodontal pocket intensively treated and washed without the formation of aerosol. During this process, the particle suspension applied work as toothpaste, removing the soft and hard dental plaque even the most complex parts. As the result we have smooth and clean surface of roots and a significant reduction in the number of bacteria that leads to a rapid and successful recovery.
