Modern endodontia is a complex process which can be divided into several stages:
1) Anesthesia
For anesthesia conduction modern and safe anesthetic is using which give the possibility to work even with pregnant and allergic people.
2) Cofferdam overlapping
Obligatory tooth isolation with a cofferdam - a special thin rubber film completely excluding saliva penetration into the tooth cavity and protecting mucosa from the irritating effects of medicines by canal treatment.

3) Tooling and drug-induced treatment of root canals.

Qualified treatment is impossible without specialized optic and associated endodontic equipment –dental microscope. Due to the high power field there is a possibility to disclose additional canals (the 4th and the 5th), disruptions and perforations. During root canals retreatment extraction of anchor, fiberglass pins, and tool splinters, discovered in a canal, dental microscope in such cases is the single source.

At the first stage of file (narrow needle) treatment we pass the canal controlling the process under a microscope. The length of the canal is measured by means of apex-locator.
 

At the next stage we use endosonic and tooling root canal therapy during which removal of infected tissues, filling mass remains, widening and forming the necessary conicity of a root canal is conducting.
During the endodontia recure endosonic equipment and special in-the-canal caps are always used.
Drug-induced treatment is conducted by the preparations due to which aseptic conditions in the root canal is reached. (preparations: sodium hypochlorite, chlorhexidine etc).

4) Root canal filling.
Root canal filling is also held with the help of dental microscope. System «Real-Seal» for teeth filling gives the possibility to fill the main canal as well as its ramuses.Root canals is filling at the temperature of 160-180°С, by the neutral filling mass which is pressuretight closed exits to the bony tissue.

Very often there are cases of previously unqualified root canals treatment, tool splinters in canals, perforations of root sides (or fundus of pulp cavity), unfilled additional canals or filled not to the bottom of the root canal.Treatment of such root canals is of extraordinary complexity of the case, it requires not only modern equipment but also the proficiency and profound experience of our doctors.
